Robotoybase is legit. Their shipping costs get pretty pricey though.

    Yes, they are legit.

It is one off my top 3 sites I buy my 3P from. For where I live American sites take longer and the import is higher. Most items arrive at my house within 7 days, except when customs decides to they want first crack at it, thannit takes an extra two weeks.

With that many figures you can probably add another $50 to $100 with shipping due to weight.

I've used them once, and I would recommend them. As Tekkaman Blade mentioned, the shipping does get up there. I used the cheapest shipping for a two pack of legends sized TF's, and it was... ~$9 usd for the slowest shipping method.

On the other hand, you can a) opt to have the items shipped wihout the packaging to save some money and b) you can estimate shipping before you commit.

I ordered a Fan's Toys Sovereign and a Gigapower Chrome Superator from robotoybase, both arrived quickly and were really packaged well. I'll happily use them again in the future.

I have Order some igear cone-heads (conair) from robottoybase for 120$ with shipping last year. Dirge came with a deformed wing. They wouldn’t give me a break, deal, offer or buying extra parts to replace the defect. It was hard to communicate with them, but not their fault (language barrier). Sent more emails and never got a response.

I had received many replacement parts from bigbadtoystore and tfsource. I was more than happy to buy replacement parts from them and they were friendly about it.

iGear has been out of business for several years now, it wouldn't surprise me if there simply are no replacement parts available anymore.

Yup, they’re good to go. I’ve ordered from them a few times with great results.

Being in the US, they're one of the few Chinese vendors I personally know that I would order from and not be worried about it. The nice thing about them is they usually have stock of, or a line on really old, hard to find stuff that other vendors can't get anymore. If you really want it and like the price they're offering, they're good to go. :)

Chimungmung aka Robot Toy Base is indeed legit. There’s like 9 or so threads like this already existing. Just do a search.

Yes, i know that. They didn’t offer me a deal (small discount), offer (small store credit), or exchange. I offer to buy another cone head from another set as well. Had better customer relations with the other two companies mention before.

I also buy from showz and tf-direct as well but never had any issues. If i do, i will put in my feedback.

The First time is the last time for this company, despite the fact that they have good deals.

This was my experience, and it might not apply to everyone else.

Just don’t be surprised if they cannot help you with defected parts.

They are legit but they only use first class shipping which is quick and expensive. Personally if you having issues getting a figure only they have in stock you can reach out to a few people. Terry Wong and Sarah Zhang can get you the figures at the same price but cheaper shipping.

Look up Terry tf club and eyou collection for their contact details.

Robotoybase actually gets the shit to you in about a week using e-express out of Hong Kong. I'm trying to find a faster shipping method from China but all anybody offers is crappy slow epacket that takes a month or more. I'm not doing epacket anymore.
