I was searching for an item that's out of stock everywhere else and this site had it. They also have some other things I wanted and their prices are actually solid.

Are they reliable or nah?

 

I just got iron Factory nightbird from them and it came pretty quick.

 

Nice. Yeah, I was after IF Sideswipe and Sunstreaker, MP+ Sideswipe and a few others. Gonna give them a shot.

 

They're reliable. They are my go-to-shop in Asia for when 3P items are sold out from the usual US retailers.

 

I ordered from them many times no problems, I find the shipping is faster compared to other Asia shops.

 

They are just Chimungmung.com rebadged. Highly reliable from my many dealings with them over the years (in fact I just ordered LER Pinchar from them) and the owner Tony always replies to emails.

They do have some slight inventory issues with the new site so I would email Tony and make sure the item is indeed instock before ordering.

They also have the link to the old site running so you could also check the old site to see if that has the item listed. If it isn't then it could be a listing issue on the new site.

 

Rock solid, formerly known as Chimungmung. Never had an issue and service is top notch.

I just thought I would add if you do check the old site you have to scroll down (if your resolution is too big [or small I can't keep that straight]) and manually tell it you want the old site, it is set to automatically redirect you to the new one.

 

Extremely reliable. Price comparable to US retailers once shipping factors in for some items, but ships unbelievably fast for an overseas vendor. I was late to the party in collecting and picked up a Utopia MISB with add-on kit for still less than it’s initial release only a few months ago. Arrived in less than a week and that’s a big package.

Tony is one of the best guys in the business, and he's a fan himself.

 

I’ve only used them once but I have no complaints.

Used it once, have no complaints. I think that shipping are a bit higher than norm, but I did receive the package faster than usual so theres that.

Got a friend who has ordered a ton from them and he has 0 complaints.

 

Yeah he only ships via fast method, so the shipping costs tend to be a bit high. But he tends to have way more older stock than most stores and the service is great.

 

I've used them several times when items in the US are sold out and never had an issue.

He will normally ship the next day after you order and I've received items in a week when choosing the slower shipping method. It seems that shipping from Hong Kong is a little faster than China.

 

There are already plenty of answers to similar questions about chimungmung/robotoybase/Tony. And the great majority of customers is more than happy!

 

I don't tend to necro old threads but since I only just discovered this store I'll put my two cents on the record: their shipping (to the states at least) is expensive! Two figures would cost me $70 to ship. And that was the cheaper of the two options. The other option I was given was $90.00.

That's a hard pass for me and that's a shame because it sounds like they're an easy company to work with.
