    does anybody search anymore?

    as a rule of thumb, if you see their banner here, (as with BBTS, or any others on the page, they are pretty decent folks to deal with.)

    I buy from RK exclusively because their price is always lower and I do pickups in person in HK. However the one time they shipped MP Rodimus, UN ehobby Autobot 3-set, and 1 other UN figure to my address in Canada by accident, the packaging was very secure with no visible damages to any of the figures.

    I have had good communications with them over email all the time but some members here have had negative experiences dealing with them ...

    Their prices are lower, but the shipping is higher.

    For me though, since I live in Canada, the RK price still ends up being lower for a lot of stuff since the BBTS shipping is also a bit more expensive for this area. So RK is good for one off stuff but BBTS is still good if you buy multiple stuff over a longer period of time.

    I love RK. Even with EMS their prices are normally equal to US retail before shipping. I've never gotten damaged packaging or product either.

    Overall, they're just a good place to deal with.

    One thing that bugs me though, is that they don't change orders for a damned thing. I've got preorders for stuff like Henkei Rodimus that have been in for months, and I've since moved, but NOPE, they won't change the addy.

    Wow, really.. Im assuming you emailed them about it yeah? Thats really surprising to me, Ive also had nothing but good transactions with RK for ages, even when I needed custi service. Just strikes me as odd they wont work with you on a dilema like that;;

    I've bought plenty of things from RK over the years & I'd definitely buy from them again.

    Just a word of warning though - Don't buy too many things at once. There have been times when RK have screwed up orders where they've either left something out or they've put something in that they shouldn't have. Still, their Customer Service is top-notch & they fix any problems asap. They're definitely one of the better online-stores out there. :thumb

    YEa. They referred me to their rules, which I have to admit do clearly state that they will not change or cancel an order once it's placed, but crap man, I think it's understandable that someone could move within a four month period of time?

    Anyways, the upside is that I'm still in the same city and can follow the tracking number to get it held when it gets here... but, what if I moved two a different city? Or, hell, out of state?

    I love RK, but that aspect ticks me off to the point where I haven't ordered from them since.
