Well aside from Jolt, it appears every character is accounted for in that list. Theirs exactly 40 characters, the number we were given from official sources. Im guessing the 60 may of of meant character models, ie, the twins would of had four and some such as prime may have more than two since he gets pretty trashed.

Suckishly, Jolt isn't in the novel. After I saw the movie for the first time, I reread it 30 times, and didnt see or hear mention of Jolt.
