I'm a BBTS person myself, how secure is Robot Kingdom?

 

They're great at getting things first.

 

They're very fast and usually have great prices. They're usually my go-to store; I haven't had any problems.

 

I order from them sometimes and never had any problems. You will save alittle shopping with them other then BBTS but BBTS well always get it set out to you sooner. So yeah. But hey if you have a paypal this use that.

 

Depends where you come from. From RK it can arrive for me from as little as 3 days, while with BBTS it usually takes 2 and a half weeks to a month.

 

Also, they don't have a pile of loot option like BBTS. The POL really helps save with shipping costs.

 

If anything goes wrong with your order don't expect their customer service to be anywhere near as good as BBTS's.

 

Their customer service is just as good as BBTS, TFsource. I've had all queries and problems answered within a day.

You'll have no problems sir. Though BBTS is my usual, I've ordered from these guys plenty of times and I've always been satisfied.

 

Prices are good and you can get things fast but customer service is not so good. When I made my order I got everything but 1 of the 2 sage heads I ordered. I emailed and got a reply 5 days later. Its been over a week after they said they would look into it and I have not got a reply yet.

 

Send another email and ask for an approximate date on when you will get it. They may have run out of stock for that particular item and are waiting for new stock. I had needed a Heavy Labor hip replacement and they said that it wouldn't come back in stock for another month or so and when it would they would send an email saying it's been shipped free of charge. They kept their word.

Robot Kingdom are awesome. Order from them all the time for my 3rd party items and MP figures. Never had a problem

While I haven't ordered from them yet myself, I do follow them on Facebook and they seem to respond a lot to ppl there. I'd send them a message during business hours in Japan, or right after you see them post. I bet you'll get a response that way sooner than through their email.

 

They're good.

I use BBTS more (customer loyalty, I guess- they've really gone out of their way for me a few times), but I've used Robot Kingdom a number of times and have yet to have a problem. They are sometimes cheaper than BBTS, and sometimes not.

 

This has probably been said, but I doubt they'd get the banner ad on this website if they were highly unreliable.
