has anyone ever had this problem and also has anyone noticed that their packaging has been horrible lately. they just use styro foam and no bubble wrap. most of my boxes are suffering some sort of creasing and damage nowadays. so my main issue is that i ordered about $500 worth of stuff and they forget to put in my mp lambor in the box. its been 2 days since i got the package and no response from them at all. i contacted them immediately after oppening the box and provided pictures. since some stuff was on pre order it has passed the 45 day paypal resolution process......thinking i maybe sol......
I'm sure they'll replace. I've heard only good things about therm while I was on the Transformers New Zealand forums.
Never had any problems. I only purchase one or two items at a time. Packages come packed nice and tight. Never any damage. Always arrives within 4 - 5 days. Got my Lambor 4 days after it arrived.
They are slow on the email side and it might take a couple tries. I have never had them do me wrong yet, communication is a little difficult sometimes.
So far ive had no issues with RK. But then again ive placed three orders with them which were a couple of months apart from each other. Packages arrived in a reasonable time and their condition was excellent.
Probably not much help... but hopefully some reassurance: I have placed many orders with RK, and on two occasions something was missing (replacement boom for Exgraver and a PE Frenzy that came with all the accessories but no figure). In both instances them sent replacements ASAP and with no hassles at all. Unlike your situation, they even responded to e-mails immediately. So I am a bit shocked that your e-mails have not been returned. Be patient with them, their customer service has a very good reputation (though I totally understand the frustration given something like an MP being missing... my missing items were of substantially less value and therefore much less stressful).
Yeah this... Their communication is severly lacking BUT they've always been excellent with rightin wrongs in my experience. I would never hesitate to do business with them!
Gotta say I've had excellent comms off RK in the past week. I didn't find my Amazon piledrivers with MP12 and I cancelled my MP13 preorder with them and had answers from them within 24hrs all to a satisfactory end. Take into consideration the time difference and always be polite.
Nobody should have to keep an eye on them. Or email them a couple times. Or hit them up on Facebook. They should be providing better customer service. And I can't stand this take a picture of the box bullshit they have customers do when they screw up. How about you check your inventory numbers, RK? A lot of people say things like I saved a bunch of money by switching to Robotkingdom! But the number of people who receive poor service is really starting to add up.
Oh dear. Well I'm still waiting until the red alert preorder before my stuff ships. Hopefully it goes alright. My last order with them was packed in styrofoam, and it was a tight fit but I'm not hassled by a few dinged edges or smuged packageing windows. And I did get help over email fairly promptly. Just be aware of chinese new year because they take a Holiday for that.
Day 3 and still no response. Gonna try fb next. Just got off the phone with PayPal and I'm kinda Sol. They cancelled my dispute due to it being over 45 days. They assured me they are trying to get a hold of them.but it is totally up to rbk if I get anything at all. Major lesson learned is make sure when paying by PayPal. Use the credit card as the main source. At least then you have the credit card protection after the 45 day window. This has majorly soured my taste for rbk. Its seems like they just don't care. In the past I would get responses to my question he same day about order inquiries. So has anyone else had his problem with rbk regarding a missing item with their order?
I'm hoping this is the situation. But I'm losing patience. I've made many orders with hem and when I've had questions. I usually get a same day response. Its been 3 business days and still nothing. Paypal isn't helping much either. surprise surprise! after 5 emails and posting on their facebook page, i finally get a response exactly 45mins after my post on their fb page. i will update more when they come up with a solution to my problem.
robotkingdom has the worst customer service ever! they finally admitted to screwing up my order after numerous emails. they gave me a refund on a cancelled item that i never received and then shipped me the other item that was missing with my order. after emailing them that i wanted the package to go to my other paypal address, they deliberately ship the package to my old address! even got a reply are you sure you want this shipped to your other new address! wtf is with them can they not read!!! i don't think i'm ever gonna shop with them again. i'm sure im not the first to say this. their service seems to have gone down hill. will update again once i get the package, since it's waiting at the post office for me. another wasted trip due to the rbk crew not being able to read properly!!!!
I am missing the large shoulder gun from one of my MP12 Lambors that I had ordered from them, it was never in the factory sealed box. Quality control on this figure has been rampant. Emailed them, took two more emails for them to respond that they have no stock of it and to mail it back to them. Am I responsible for the shippign cost to them? Will I get the original shipping cost refunded to me that I paid for them to ship to me? If so, then I feel a little better mailing it back to them.
They'll expect you to pay return shipping based on what i've heard, and i *doubt* they'll refund you it.
the only time something went wrong with an order from robot kingdom was when i got shipped out one of the wrong tfc herc team , it took them a few days to reply but they sorted things out really quick after that and refunded the money i spent on return shipping and had the right one shipped out to me lighting fast , left them and got to me within a week...got nothing but good to say about the company with my purchases also never had a damaged box
