I found him recently in a Walmart that still had the older waves in it after initially not getting him. I made several mods, cut off the disc reader, hollowed out the tail, with a razor, would have been much easier if I had a dremel and could do it the fast way. Superglued the magnet flush in the tail, all this was taken from Jin Saotome's mag joint tutoiral, but instead of 2 magnets I drilled small holes and inserted paperclips, what I use to pin. I guess with larger items 2 magnets would be neccesary, but these are small pieces. I tried to tighten the arm joints they were floppy but, the superglue ate the pegs on the shoulders so I had to drill into them and put in plastic dowel into the shoulders, sanded the tubes then capped the with pieces of patterned styrene. Scratch built the claw from the top of 2 pieces of engine from an old Warthog kit, then made the claw shape in one piece, then scribed down the middle, cracking down the line with my razor. Capped the tops of the engine and the bottom then inserted some papper clips. I also painted the back piece of the figure, chest, forhead, Rex arms, shoulders after I cut some of the back off to give better range of motion since most of the figure was just black they skimped alot of paint apps on the Beast Wars figures. So I guess this is a reverse Unicron.com Robot hero retrofit.
