Not sure! In recent communications, they've just referred to "the factory". I reached out to them and asked if they can provide more info on when they will receive their stock and asked if they went right from the Robosen site or ordered through Hasbro Pulse or some other route.

 

I sure hope not as that's where I ordered and no where in the description does it say this. You would think places that have these specific versions would make it known on theirs sites for those who are purchasing. If this was/is the case, I'm going to be very disappointed.

 

Yeah. Maybe you can ask them to find out about that before they get them in (or ship).

 

If you go to the robosen site there is no advertisement for one that speaks chinese..and i seriously doubt there will be ko's of this, so i think whoever ordered from showz should be fine..imo

 

I appreciate the reassurance but I did reach back out and ask questions too so we'll see what all they say! I honestly will be surprised if I get a response before Monday.  

 

Given that the Robosen orders are limited to US and Canada for shipping, I would expect them to not be limited to speaking Chinese?

That said, a multilingual voice command acceptance would be pretty impressive.

 

So tempted by this, but I’ve left it too late unless I get it through Show.Z. (Actually considering Robosen and Pulse’s States/Canada only rule Show.Z might be the best bet anyway. I could have used Stackry’s forwarding but after my recent ER Scorponok wake-up call, I won’t be taking that route for bigger figures anytime soon. Show.Z’s price is a bit much, though.)

No problem, I’ve spent way too much on transformers recently. If it is re-released and made available in UK , in future, maybe.

 

I reached out to Show Z about where they ordered from and what version they would have and this is the response I received.

"Hi,
That factory only provided the first batch for Hasbro, we're waiting for our batch now, we only have the English version, I don't know if it's Peter Cullin voice, sorry for the trouble."

Not sure who this Peter Cullin is that they speak of but I sure hope it's Peter Cullen being that it's the "English version. I haven't heard about anyone else's voice being used so I think it's safe to say that their shipping out all the same ones as the Robosen site.

I just wish they would have answered the question that I asked prior to this one and that was about reaching out to find out how long it'd be till they get theirs. Good lord! It's like they only want to answer certain questions.

 

The voice files are swappable. So, one could replace voice files with those from different regions.

Has anyone else had issues on the block based mission "Breathe Deeply" (#10)? It keeps getting a hip error and having to reboot and I can't finish the mission.

 

Fold down the silver tanks on Prime’s thighs, then retry the mission. You won’t get the hip error anymore.

Can anybody getting one direct from robosen log into their site and see the order, status, anything? I try but it shows no orders for me. I've got the quickbooks receipt they sent months ago, the damn thing is paid for.

 

Mine still says awaiting processing, with Robosen.
