    Please no more blockformers.

WFC looks okay but again I can't stress enough that the Blockformers idea has been done to death. I don't want movie style either but why not combine the 2 styles and see what happens?

cheesy slapstick humor will still happen I'm sure.

A just hope the overall theme is like War Within combined with the dark drab colors of Batman: The Animated Series and if it's written as good as that cartoon was then I'm sold.

To be honest though it will be geared towards 5-10year olds so the writing will more than likely be sub-par and overly simplistic so that the kiddies can actually understand what's going on this time around.

I guess the point is that they are not the only ones with irons in the fire.

I'm gonna reserve judgment until I see it. The only 3-D animated cartoon I've seen since Beast Wars that had top-notch animation is Clone Wars, and for some reason, even that seems lacking (maybe it's because I'm not into Star Wars as I am with Transformers). Hopefully we get some good script, good voice acting, and good animation for this show.

As long as it's not traditional animation mixed with that God-forsaken "emotionless robot" design ala Energon and Cybertron, then I'm very happy!

And hopefully it'll be good quality CG... like Beast Wars was back in 1996. I want the Beast Wars equivalent of awesome-ness in terms of animation lol.

I'm excited to see what those two will do without Bay up their asses trying to throw crude humor into the script.

I just hope its more detailed CGI than the Future is Wild, on Discovery Kids, its good CGI but a bit awkward in humanoid design and feels flatish on colour/texture. Still this has a potential to be awesome.

Hope the CG is better than Beast Wars. I know that show was mid 90's, but it hasn't aged well. Still fun to watch though.

I sure hope so. If it is, it'll be cool. I'm quite partial to hand drawn animation though.

This is a fandom that shits on anything for the slightest provocation. Whether it's Orci and Kurtzman's contributions to Revenge of the Fallen, Figueroa adding movie-style designs to his art, or even Fans Project for that TFCon exclusive.

That would be prudence on their part, since we're not even the main demographic they rely on for sales anyway.

    Exec Producers =/= writers.

And I'm starting to get suspicious of the name Transformers: Prime. Seeing how PCC are being released and how Animated's working name TF Heroes also got out, they probably used Prime to throw us off or mislead us.

Which CGI road are they going to travel? Something closer to Beast Wars or Energon, which looked really, really bad.

I hope it's like Beast Wars with more money behind it. Is Main Frame doing the CGI?

Interesting, I'm a bigger fan of traditional, but it'll be interesting to see TFormers return to the CG cartoon medium.

Hey, if they can write a good storyline and have robot models that have fluid animation and show actual emotion (no dull surprise...), then CG is fine by me.

If Beast Wars did it, then maybe nearly 15 yrs. later, hopefully they can pull this off.
