Back again with yet another Pretender this time tis Roadgrabber. I used an Energon Skyblast for the inner bot and a Power Rangers RPM car for his shell/ car. I gave him the ability to ride inside the car like the original but then I took it a step further and actually made him merge with the car into a super robot much like the Delux Pretenders.
wow. i got confused trying to look at all the modes--- this definitely scores the "above and beyond" nod from me. i give it a 9.8. i took off 0.2 cuz the ends of the gattling guns remind me of flowers does the car potion form its own bot without the driver?
That is awesome! Especially the color choice. I'm really glad you kept the original pretender concept.
I like your figures man. I would never use those colors on a custom BUT when YOU use those colors all of your customs look awesome. You have a talent with color apps for sure.
They reused that mold for the 2010 Mighty Morphin Power Rangers toyline. I saw that figure a few weeks back at target still. Hurry up though, mine had them on clearance already.
Wow, great idea and execution! One thing though, might wanna paint the front of the gatling barrells / nozzles black, because they kinda look like pink flowers.
I never hesitate when I see a good one, especially from an artist who's work can be had at a reasonable price. I've been refreshing Shinobitron's ebay account several times a day since he posted this thing Don't know if I'm bow-worthy though Well, we'll see if my bid carries me through, I'm a little strapped right now, so it's a VERY serious bid, but not one guaranteed to win it for me...
