So I repainted FOC Roadbuster for a more accurate color scheme.

I really like how the head turned out.

Here's the head on Universe Roadbuster. Proportions are better in person and I think I'll use this for my Wreckers display.

Used a spare Dorvack Mugen Calibur model kit head for the FOC Roadbuster body.

Awesome, you did with the head what I was planning to do with mine.

A question for you since you've already made the swap: The FoC Roadbuster head has no screws, and in the case of mine, a pretty wide gap between the halves. It shouldn't too hard to just pry them apart, but I was planning to cast mine since I don't have a spare head to make use of. Did any of the pegs on yours snap when you attempted disassembly? And did you have to make any modifications to the head to fit on the Defense Hot Shot body?

    Thanks guys!

Yeah man, the head on mine also had a gap, but that made it easier for me to separate the halves using a knife. None of the pegs broke, even after taking the head apart several times.

As for Universe Roadbuster, the original head was on a pin, and I had to remove both the head and the pin forcefully, leaving a clean hole. I then used a ball joint to attach the FOC head to the body.

An unexpected bump in the road for my plans! I'm a bit hesitant to permanently alter the figure. I don't suppose you took some in progress pictures of all this?
