Nice to see RK finally coming thru...seems it was TFCs fault, though RK wasn't very good in the communication department...
Man, I was following your guys issues with them. It's making me hesitant about potentially buying the repaint Herc from them. I hate dealing with QC stuff. I had some QC issues ordering through TFSource before and they've handled it swiftly.
RK has handled it swiftly before as well, but it seems like it took a lot longer now because of TFC. Nice to see it's being solved. Never had an issue with RKs customer service myself.
