This is all fine and good, but what does it have to do with someone answering your question about other beasts in the movie? It just feels like you're going off on a tangent just for the sake of it when all the guy did was provide a simple answer to a, presumably, simple question.

yeah, like how we think the designs in the movies are gonna look like.

I hope it's more like the BB movie rather than michael bay's designs which are incredibly controversial

If they want to use Bay's designs at least use the 2007-2011 style ones. But I'm pretty sure it was confirmed Autobots are gonna be BB Movie style designs, while Terrorcons will be something like the Bayverse Decepticons (monstrous, terrifying, mutation).

Frankly I have to disagree, I always thought Long Haul's design, while fairly straightforward, was quite nice. Stocky and mean, very appropriate for a dump truck transformer of his size.

 

I agree, there are some exceptions, and I quite like michael bay's designs.


...but then there's starscream, barricade (except for TLK), hound, galvatron, and hot rod

 

I actually like Starscreams design minus the tattoo and also Barricades for the most part the reason I don't like the TLK design for his is the fact that that design doesn't screen barricade at all honestly you could call him Bluestreak or a different character and I could believe it. He just needs a more of a TF1 face. Hot Rod's design isn't bad unlike the other designs in TLK and AOE it actually looks like a transformer with car parts on him. It's just that it doesn't screen or look like Hot Rod mainly the face. could probably be a good generic bot/con or a car autotrooper.
For me, the main 2 that I actually hate badly & not just dislike/not care for are Que, Arcee, and some others.
But it helps that I grew up with these movies (mainly TF1-TF3) so I don't despise a lot of these designs.
