Yeah. We’ll get 1, if any. Voyager TLK Prime was shown off at NYCC in October of 2016.

Tbh I'm expecting a studio series reveal from the movie that's based of concept art like half of the bb toys in the studio series. But who knows it can be anything

Pretty much confirmed we aren’t getting SS figures from the movie till 2023 so we don’t end up with figures based on concept art.

And probably figures from the actual move toyline.

I'd be absolutely OK with that. The AOE toyline days bugged the crap out of me with all the inconsistent toys designs compared to the character models. All the Grimlock heads were trash and Optimus never had his battle-bra! (Though to be fair, I kinda liked the concept for AOE Optimus more than the final design)

I like it too would rather have inaccurate ROTB toyline figures and wait for SS instead of having both inaccurate.
It also kind of helps keep Studio Series alive for another year (also I think the Animated Cybertron movie will be added/help keep it alive as well).

Where did we hear that ROTB isn't going to have Studio Series figures until 2023? I think that sounds super fishy. Deluxes, Voyagers, and Leaders have always been the centerpiece of the live-action movie toylines. It seems like a terrible business decision to skip out on those during the time when there will be the most demand (from fans, kids, and causal buyers). You just don't release the main toys after the movie has come and gone. Hasbro knows to strike while the iron's hot. I think I'd be very skeptical of that leak until we hear some official statement on the matter. It seems more likely that Hasbro has done a better than usual job keeping these toys secret, and whatever leaker said that is simply unaware of their existence (or maybe was deliberately fed false information).

Leakers and also we didn't have any deluxe, voyager or leaders in the Bumblebee toyline. I do hope we get some actual figures in the ROTB toyline even if they're inaccurate and not just figures that are crap gimmick toys

Bumblebee didn't have a dedicated deluxe/voyager/leader toyline, but the Studio Series figures still released alongside the movie. Not to mention Bumblebee was a smaller movie that was aiming a bit younger (hence the focus on the gimmick toys). ROTB is supposed to be another bigger movie, so it just seems weird to skip out on the main figures.

I mean, it’s possible that they could do the “deluxe, voyager, leader format” but more akin to the early lines where scale isn’t necessarily a priority and based upon concept art, and then leave Studio Series to do more accurate versions of the characters for those who want it.

Inaccuracy and concept designs are likely why they’ve moved it back instead of having it release in conjunction with the film’s toyline, so maybe they learned their lesson with figures like Beetle Bee and Car Shatter.

Yeah, I think that would be the smartest route.

There were a number of 'deluxe' figures leaked earlier for ROTB. My thought is that these will be released alongside the kid-aimed toys, but will be like the Cyberverse deluxes in that they aren't in scale with each other. But, they will provide a gimmick-free stop-gap until they release more accurate, scaled versions laer in Studio Series when they have the CAD files rather than concept art.

I think they'd see it as a bit of a risk releasing a full multi-scaled line when they know fans may well wait for the more accurate figures to come out a year later.

That's what I want/hope for - the ROTB toyline is that format but just not as accurate both in scale and sculpt/accuracy still filling in for those of use that want figures of these characters/designs rn while leaving room/purpose for SS ROTB figures that will scale better and be accurate to the CGI models
I'd be okay with this having them all be deluxe-ish cause I would love to own some of these design rn be so I don't have to wait another year for a figure of these designs in general as long as they are as you said actual figures and have good articulation and look good.

I'm afraid that the trailer for this movie will be very similar to those of the Bayverse because of the action and explosions that will be in it, and many people will think that it will be more of the same and will not see it, I hope that word of mouth is really good like that Like the reviews, I also want "Directed by Steven Caple Jr." with capital letters in the trailer that I think will come out in December or failing that in February.

    Ravage is not a dog

I don\'t know if this is the right post where this image originated from, but that is a MUCH BETTER and less ugly looking head for Bee, and I hope they give him a better head. As for Scourge, HE LOOKS SICK. I love how deadly and beast-like he is, plus that turbine on his head, prime ears and sharp teeth! Geez!

I still think it's gonna be scourge killing bots in the teaser trailer.

They have Bayverse heads and faces, that\'s enough for me to see they are linked and not separate. I don\'t know why there are still people refusing to admit that.

Yes the body styles are less jagged in Bumblebee and look better, but that is not what I am talking about. Bumblebee is part of Bayverse, not a reboot.

Don\'t want to start a fight or anything, (trust me, I\'ve been their before) but I personally agree with this guy here. There were too many Bayverse related things in BB for it to be a \"reboot\". The sound effects from Bayverse are still there, the designs are realistic alien robot designs (Although slightly modifed) (Not to mention Bee still has his damned Bayverse head but 2X uglier), humans still had half the role, too many references to Bayverse, and it came out 1 YEAR after the Last Knight. It\'s too much for them to say it\'s a reboot, and I\'m angered by people saying that it is.

Well after bumblebee and siege trilogy critics and I mean only critics when it comes to siege have loved it. It's wierd seeing people being excited for a transformers movie. All it took was one good movie and the general audiences and critics and movies fans are back on board

Your point of sound effects still being there doesn't mean anything. I know some other movies that have used the same transformers sounds aka avengers age of ultron.
