Oh I'm fine with Fandome this week and Pulse con/TFCon being next week just would have be dope if it was all this week (would be great news wise for me though IDK which I would watch if they where at the same time). And I think it will be there best yet cause they've got more filmed and in the works cause like all that came out of Fandome trailer wise was The Batman teaser and ZSJL trailer and nothing really else cause of COVID this year they got a lot like - The Batman, The Flash, Black Adam, Aquaman, Shazam 2, and more.

They're really is both just films intended to come out this year and COVID wise like minus ROTB we got The Batman, Indiana Jones 5, Into The Spiderverse sequel, The Flash, Black Adam, John Wick 4, JW Dominion, Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness, Thor Love And Thunder, and many more.

Same mainly Mirage since we know Prime is basically his design from BB with more silver and new chest windshields

Yea basically what I expect and what I think we should all expect is Autobot and Terrorcons get the most screentime then Maximals getting screentime from the end of the second act/beginning of the 3rd then Predacons right before the final battle with the Terrorcons.

Nice that will be cool to see and see him do in the movie, though I wonder why he would do that maybe ergency or it's the only way to catch up with Scourge? And I wonder how he breaks them? Robot Mode? Weapons in truck mode? OR the badass way and just rams through it. And I wonder how they will do that without destroying the truck explosives I assume?

 

Was he? Everything I've seen publicised about Bay prior to Transformers states he wasn't a fan and I don't remember Paramount going out of their way to paint the picture that he was. You can find many articles with Bay's statements about how he didn't get Transformers or found the concept "silly" before doing the movies. He went to learn more about the franchise to prep for the movie at "Transformers school" and from there he gained a new respect for it, but I don't recall seeing anyone saying Bay was a fan beforehand, in reality it was quite the opposite.

 

Yeah the consequences of including too many factions, you're gonna have to divide screen time with them, and it's not gonna be what everyone will like. I'm not expecting the preds to show up til like the middle or final act.

 

Exactly what I think but more so the 3rd act before the final battle but between the maximals and the Preds. I think the Maximal will show up first and will have more screen time than the Preds. With the Maximals introduced in the middle act/end of the middle act.

Would LOVE to see your take on VW repair van Wheeljack like you did for Arcee. Cause like I said you do great fan art and your Mirage and Arcee are great.

Don't the vehicles for robot characters usually have tinted windows? Here, the windows seem to be completely down and they're not tinted.

 

I still find it amusing that people are speculating that any blue Beetle will be Glyph in a movie where Mirage is a 911, Bumblebee's back to being a Camaro and Wheeljack's probably a VW camper...

I hope not. KOTM was real bad IMO, a Godzilla movie that focuses the majority of its runtime on annoying human characters (really poorly written ones too). None of the characters were believable, the reasoning behind their actions are absurd. Really poor movie on many levels to me. @Novaburnhilde cool if you like it though, not knocking that at all  

 

I get why some don’t like it but minus some of the humor I think it was a really fun enjoyable movie (I feel like the monster are in it more than people think at least that what it seemed to me when I rewatched in preparation for GvK) from a director who is a die hard fan that threats these iconic characters well.

 

If time travel is involved I could see the Maximals and Predacons being from the future of TLK since that movie ended with Cybertron coming back to life and Optimus ordering the Autobots to come back to Cybertron to help repair it. And Cybertron needs to be alive for Beast Wars to happen from the evolution process, known as the Great Upgrade.

Since now Cybertron is alot smaller, from the damaged done by the collapse of the Space Bridge in DOTM, then later Quintessa stitches together whatever was left. I could of seen the Autobots and Decepticons doing a treaty of some sorts like in Beast Wars and after that maybe the Autobots and Decepticons undergo "the great upgrade" into Maximals and Predacons because a smaller planet needs smaller bots.

 

I think King of the Monsters succeeded in what it was trying to do, that being the modern equivalent of the old Toho movies, cheesiness and all. It replicates the dumb fun that the original films evoke but in a modern setting.

 

The description says Scourge but I sure as hell didn\'t see him. And which one is Arcee? The motorbike, again?

 

Scourge is the black Mad-Max styled truck and Arcee is a motorbike but not the one in the recent video of the chase filming.
