These honestly all look pretty awesome for what they are. All of them have color break up, a bunch of detail work, and all look fun as toys. Definitely want to get the weapon dudes.

I genuinely think I like all these more than the stuff we are getting in SS.

 

Is it weird it kinda looks better than the SS ROTB Bumblebee xP

 

This is one of the few cases I think I prefer SS as a toy but Beast Mode seems fun for what it is

 

That's cool, I'm just happy he exists.   I literally didn't even know he would be in the film. I'm stoked just on that basis alone. Let alone that he actually looks (more or less) like himself.

 

OBVIOUSLY I'm getting the Battle Masters. The Spark Armor... sorry, BEAST COMBINERS look like fun, too. And I might pick up Optimus Primal just for that Chainclaw Weaponizer

Something about the head on that dinky Bumblebee with the animal armor stuck out to me but I couldn't quite put my finger on it.

Then I realized: it totally looks like Snow Cat.

 

It definitely reads with that vibe of "I'm an older fan who remembers liking the older toys, even if I haven't touched or seriously looked at one in years/decades/possibly ever"

 

I mean... One was a product of its time and the other is a product from 2023.

I think these things definitely look cheap and I don't think that should be too controversial of a statement. But I guess cool of you to respond to someone's comment from another site in a place where they won't even see it.

Being a kid's movie toy, it would have, at best, a Generations Deluxe-tier partscount

 

Gimmick toys my beloved.

 

Leader price, and 10” tall with electronics and spring gimmicks. May not look all that good but I think I can see $55 in it more than our current leader classes.

 

Oh so megatron cant have a gun mode but optimus can. 

 

Beast Weaponizers are cool! Reminds me of Transformers Prime 2010 Arms Microns. 

 

I like the overall SS figure better but whats weird is this has the same problem face paint wise as the SS one yet it doesn't look as bad IMO.

 

I'd buy a regular deluxe release of Bumblebee with that cat head.

 

What is even going on with these gimmicks?

 

I think what will happen is that Bee will get very badly injured and will be in stasis mode at the autobots hide out base, maybe we might get a scene with Ratched working on him to give us a hint at what the other autobots that are alive are up to.
We do see in the trailer after Bee is impaled by Scourge he unleashes an energy surge from his claw arm and he goes limp while Prime is on the ground clearly not able to do anything cause he probably got his tailpipe handed to him by Scourge aswell.

 

They’re pretty self explanatory. Most are reused from prior ideas in the franchise.

Beast Weaponizers: cast characters with battle masters that transform into weapons

Beast Combiners: Core characters with spring loaded beast armor

and Battlemasters

There’s no overarching gimmick, just an overarching “beast” theme. Which is appropriate.

 

One of them is just a bird sticking out of Bumblebee's chest.
