Thanks! I usually have to just keep reminding myself that we all have different opinions so there's no need to take anything personally. At the end of the day, all of us here love Transformers.

 

This is legit how Everyone should treat disagreements on here. Everyone can have plenty of discussion and still be friendly to each other even if we disagree on things, feel like too many people on here forget that. No point in getting mad at people over toy robots or movies about toy robots  

 

Pablo better show up in the next trailer

 

I hope we hear more voices from the bots. I really need to hear how Pete Davidson and Dinklage will sound.

 

Yeah with me being pretty meh on Scourge at the moment I think the voice is what's going to really determine if I like this version or not.

 

I am extremely concerned with how Mirage will sound. I’m really worried they just wrote him as Pete Davidson instead of his own character that just happens to sound like Pete Davidson.

 

So it's fairly clear Unicron is what they are working towards and pretty much everything after Dark Of The Moon has had some tease in its Superbowl trailer that we were meant to expect was hinting towards Unicron.

So my question is, how much they will show in regards to Unicron in the Superbowl trailer? Will we see a glimpse of him? Something that demonstrates he's going to be in the movie? Obviously they'll probably save a reveal of his face or Planet Mode jaws for a post-credit scene, but what will they show of Unicron in the trailer to get everyone to freak out?

 

Either they will show nothing related to him, or they’ll show him and spoil the entire film in the trailer. That’s really the only 2 options. Personally from what I’ve seen of paramount lately, they probably won’t want to spoil the main big thing likely meant for the end of the movie.

The general audience also has no idea who unicron is, so if they aren’t excited by the rest of the trailer and have to rely on Unicron to get them to see it, we would be in trouble. Most people wouldn’t know who it is even if they did show him.

 

It's insane how accurate they got rhinox while everyone else is off

 

To be fair, Rhinox really only has one design: his original.
Optimus and Cheetor have, like, 33453 different bodies between BW and BM.

I think Airazor looks a lot like the original version too, although...?

 

I think we’re all overthinking Unicron’s appearance in this movie. I think it’s more akin to how Thanos was shown at the end of the first Avengers movie. So yeah, just a post credit scene showing him briefly to set up the fact that he’s the true main threat, but still lurking in the background. Several people have been worried they’re doing Unicron too soon but I think in reality we won’t see him in full glory until the final film in this trilogy.

 

Megatron possibly in the sequel? 

 

I certainly hope so. But I’m afraid they’re still tip toeing over whether this is a reboot or not by keeping Megatron hidden. If they show him at all (or mention him being on cybertron or anywhere but frozen) then that 100% would confirm this is a rebooted universe.

 

Yeah I think some start overthinking how much scenes we’ll get of him as soon as they hear “unicron”. At best we’ll get a short tease in the movie and that’s it. What also possible is him not being shown at all and just name dropped.

 

Is it sad that I want Megatron more than Unicron

 

Nah. Is it sad that I don’t really want either of them?

 

Unicron is really exciting to finally see in live action but I do want to see a BB style Megs at some point. People claim that they are tired of seeing Megatron but I don't understand it. Megatron was right in DoTM when he said, "who would you be without me Prime?" We've had time to find out and I want Megs back.

 

The name Pablo actually fits him imo.

No it's not sad. Megatron hasn't been appearing in this new universe...

I'm guessing they will showcase Megatron as a powerful warlord who rules over Cybertron after the Autobots have escaped it.
Maybe Megatron won't do much work and just remain on Cybertron, in an ROTB sequel he will probably sent his elite warriors (or the DJD) to kill the Autobots.

 

But you don’t understand, my opinions on toy robots and movies about toy robots are more intellectual than yours!!!!
