    my cat passed away yesterday. she was twelve years old. :(

    Oh, man... That is too young for a furry feline... I have a cat who turns 18 this year, and he has various health issues that have me worried all the time, but I've had a long life with him, and we're so happy together. I feel sad for your loss, and I wish you the best, especially in these hard times.

    Sorry to hear that. You can never tell, I've had most that if they don't have something tragic happen to them lasted a decent amount time. I've got one that's 16 right now. The oldest I ever had lasted till he was 21.
