'Good, the Bad and the Ugly' Star Eli Wallach Dies at 98

    What a legend he was.

Calvera, the antagonist of THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN.

Mr Freeze in Adam West's BATMAN.

Tuco, the Ugly one of the THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY.

Don Altobello, the antagonist of THE GODFATHER 3.

98, while short of a century, is a good age to go. Thanks for all the great roles.

I didn't get hooked on his movies until fairly recently, but he was great.

"When you have to shoot, shoot; don't talk!" That always brings a smile.
    Adios, Tuco. :rip

Eli was one of three actors to play Mr. Freeze in the 1960s Batman series.

the other two are Otto Preminger and George Sanders.

    still :rip  Mr. Wallach

Tonight MeTV showed the Batman two-parter with Wallach as Freeze. Awesome. :)
