What? He seemed to be in great health on those Wild West Tech shows on History Channel. I didn't realize he was in his 70s (I figured mid/late 60s at most)
Damn, RIP I really don't know much of his work beyond Kill Bill, but I've always wanted to pick up Kung Fu
I read another article on AOL where his agent said that he can't believe David commited suicide. He said David was full of life and happy.
Talk about Bangkok Dangerous! David Carradine Dead, Star of "Kung Fu" and the "Kill Bill" Found Hanging in Bangkok Hotel Room - ABC News Damn. First I heard he died, then a suicide, and now they say he hanged himself naked in a closet. Shit. Things quickly went from sad, shocked, to completely fucked up. RIP old one.
There's some talk going around that it wasn't suicide, but autoerotic asphyxiation gone bad. Odd as it sounds, it does kind of fit him being naked and the 'rope around his neck and parts of his body' thing. Weird stuff, man.
I heard that and 'parts of his body' being his junk. I'm sure there's a joke in there somewhere about this taking place in Bangkok, but I think it's still too early.
It doesn't take long for the media to start with "Their views" of what was related to his death when its clearly a suicide. Remember the crap that flew out the gate in Jan of 08 when Ledger died its just going to be more of the same. Its sad that Carradine is gone I've been a fan of his since The original Kung Fu series but his works are still around for us and others who were just becoming fans.
