    For those who don’t know she wrote the Beast Wars episode “Crossing The Rubicon”, the one where Blackarachnia became a Transmetal 2.

    Damn sad to hear this. Have been a fan of her work for decades, particularly in Star Trek and other series and books. She will be sorely missed. RIP.

    I remember her name from a couple of Star Trek episodes. That's been ages ago, but she sure was a legend in the sci-fi world.

    She also wrote a bizarre episode of Reboot...About superhero type characters if I recall correctly...

    I do remember that episode. Appropriately enough there were some Star Trek homages in that episode too, including some of the heroes based off Kirk, Spock, and Scotty.

    I've got Reboot on dvd, but haven't watched it since 2014...

    Anyway...I don't know if she ever watched Beast Wars, or if she was merely hired because she was a 'name'... but D.C. Fontana did a better job writing for the series than Simon Furman...Who wrote TF's since the mid 80's?

    Crazy. I’ve enjoyed her work for decades & never knew it. Rubicon is one of my fav episodes too. Not to mention all her other work.
