Thanks for sharing. I have MM005 on the way myself. But I need to get off my lazy butt and build the two MM002's I have. I've been highly selective with these so far. Post pics after you assemble yours! Someday I will do the same.

    ^ Yup.

Everything you did with the Mega Construx Dragon mini could be done with one of the static mutant beasts. I'm looking at one right now and i'm debating on making my own or adding joints to this one. Either way...

    i need these beasts.

Hi and hello. Somehow I must have deleted my previous posts here. I am still figuring out everything on this site. It may take me a lifetime. o_O

Anyways, I thought I would post a few photos. I haven’t gotten far. This evening I got an arm and the little cycle done on my Slasher.

I think he is going to work well with my Wreckers. The details are insane to me. I obviously won’t keep the arm on Springer’s head. I am just impressed on how well this stuff is made.

I am going to take comparison photos of him with different figures, when he is finally built. It gives me an excuse to get some of my stuff out.

I will be happy to use any particular figures if I have them and someone needs a particular comparison.

These definitely are amazing, simply amazing and a lot of fun so far. I would recommend building them on a table. I managed on one end of my sectional. Yea, going to sit at the table from now on . Lol

Anyways, I appreciate you all. You all be blessed and have a great rest of the evening :) :) :)

^I like both but the vehicle on the right is really doing it for me. I actually like the rear of the vehicle better than the front. It's aerodynamic.

These Rihio kits are starting to look a bit too much like Legos

So I got MM001 and MM002 awhile ago and I'm super happy. I built 2 mechs and a quadrupedal vehicle outta them. I'm a big fan of the first Front Mission so I love the aesthetic of these little guys.

I wanna add maybe 1 or 2 more and slowly build my little army, but I'm not sure which to get. Should I just get more MM001/2? What do you guys think of the newer ones like MM006 Pangolin or MM007 Perambulator? Is Vermin Slasher good for parts? I'm worried it might be too big. I like my scale to be tiny, so MM001 and MM002 are just about perfect for me scale/size-wise. Thanks for any feedback.

They really are doubling down on the LEGO look are they not.

I think the little ground vehicles are really cute - now if only I could find a good place to buy some beasts from !!

So I built a mm005 last night and have been really rather gentle with it. But just swapping weapons a few times has stress marks on both hands. I was planning on driving deep into these guys as an EDF stand in but this is scaring me off. Anyone else seen stress or cracking issues?

The ground vehicles would have been a must have at one point but i've built my own vehicles in this scale so not so much now. However i'm waiting with an open wallet to buy the Alien Beasts. Many collectors want them across toy collecting communities.

Uh yeah happened to mine too. Basically all the parts using the green/sand/blue "armor"-colored plastics are prone to stressing when flexed, i.e. C-clips and ball joints. If you're bothered by that you can swap in MM001 or 02's hand parts, they use that more flexible and durable plastic that they normally use for joints. I can't remember if it's nylon or POM, it's those gunmetal/black/brown parts, I think you know what I mean.

Feels like MM005's hands being the wrong material was a fuckup on their part. Also beware of those clear plastic pegs on the blade/wing parts, mine started showing stress marks after rotating them a few times so I loosened the holes a little with a file.

It's not that the stress marks themselves bother me, I'm worries about them snapping
