I blame Vangelus and Ngee Khiong for getting me into Kamen Rider. Although I did own a Masked Rider figure back when I was a kid.

 

I'd say it's probably because the Blade Blade was one of the most prominent of the Final Form Rides used during the course of Decade. Popped up a few times in the series, was used in the Sentai crossover, and got used in both movies. I don't know if any of the other FFRs showed up as many times as the Blade Blade.

 

For those who ordered Rising IXA and Skull with Yokatta, they just got their shipment in.

KivaArrow comes close I believe. There was the debut, when DiEnd killed Ryuga, and in All Riders. I can't speak about the Movie War though since I haven't seen it yet. After that, the only ones used more than once was Den-O/Momotaros(Den-O world and All Riders) and FaizBlaster(Faiz world and All Riders). If I missed any occurances, feel free to note.

Ryuki was supposed to be out way last month, but got delayed till June. Helps me to save up yes, but the disappointment is still there : (. Let's hope he makes it in time!

It's the Japanese opening theme to Dragon Knight, FYI

Funny how Scissors is always the one to get the short end of the stick. No matter where you see him in, he always gets his ass handed to him.

 

Ah! I haven't watched the Japanese DK, so makes sense now. Although I've heard the "Let's Ride!" theme used in advertising too, so I wonder where if at all that fits into their version of the show.

I do love that song. I wish the video had more to do with Dragon Knight then just clips being played in the background, though.

 

I got my SIC Kiwami Tamashii Whild Chalice today from HLJ and to my surprise it had the cards decade kicks through for his finishing move. Was this a pre order bonus cause I never heard about it.

 

Those Decade cards are supposed to be included with any Figuarts purchased in May. You have to get multiples in order to form the complete display of cards for Decade's kick. In June, a stand for Decade is going to be released in the same way.

Very odd that HLJ shipped one with Wild Chalice. Hadn't heard of the KTs including them, but basically what Bandai intended for the Decade promotion is up to the retailers to decide. Some only pair them with certain Figuarts (reissues only in AmiAmi's case), others with any purchase, and HLJ chose to throw them in with your KT Chalice.

 

So, would Fang Joker include those Decade cards?

 

In theory, yes. In reality, dependent entirely on supplier.

 

Did they email you? I haven't received any notice yet and I'm wondering if I should contact them.

Got a package from HLJ today - I'm not entirely sure why they sent it Fed Ex when I asked for SAL, but I'm not going to complain too much.

Kabuto is... well, he's Kabuto. Most of you probably have him by now. He's full of Figuarts-y goodness.

Wild Chalice, though... wow. I was a little skeptical about this guy after Blade, but I think this is possibly the best Kiwami Tamashii to date. Gorgeous sculpting, fantastic paint, and, best of all, Wild Chalice's shoulder pads are on much more flexible joints than Blade's, allowing a much greater range of shoulder articulation. Awesome little figure.

I also got the Decade cards. Almost missed them in the box. They're... free. Not much more to say.

 

I was confused why the box of Kabuto was different to mine. Then noticed that the picture was reversed.
