Real in Duisburg-Meiderich has wave 7 (depending on how you count) of the RID One-Step Changers, which I've previously only seen online at Amazon Germany. Included are Optimus Prime (2016 tooling), Strongarm (2016 tooling) and Blizzard Strike Drift (redeco of the 2016 tooling), as well as Bumblebee (2016 tooling), who had already been available in the previous wave, now in new "Weaponizers" packaging. Regarding the wave number: Entertainment Earth calls this "wave 9". However, Entertainment Earth lists a "wave 6" and a "wave 7" which both only contain old figures that were already available in earlier waves, so if you only count "waves" that have new figures in them, this is wave 7. TFW2005's toy database, meanwhile, resets the wave count for every year (just like Big Bad Toy Store does) so these figures are considered "2016 wave 2". BBCW Distributors, meanwhile, doesn't have wave numbers and instead calls this "assortment AS0E". Confused yet? This wave has been found at US retail back in May and at UK retail in June, and as I've stated above, has been in stock at Amazon Germany for a while now.
I tend to think they could have tried a bit harder with the \"other\" Bumblebee as it\'s main difference is some blue markings instead of black - ah well I guess that is traditional now these days for a Bumblebee to get a blue paint version, I prefered it when we got random Cliffjumpers though as well as the usual Black repaint. I notice Next year they don\'t call them One-Step Changers any more - I wonder if that name is being held back for use for the 2017 Movie toys lower end products.
It was this I was just looking at : Robots In Disguise: Combiner Force Photo Gallery Sorry I was mistaken when I found a better picture it was just the Combiner Force Logo that I misread it does still say one step on it after all in small print on the front, unless I saw the back of the packet somewhere else and that has something on the back that put that thought in my mind that there was a name change. Otherwise I have no Idea where I got that from I really must stop making silly mistake like that. Or if I do see something like that write down where I saw it . anyway please disregard what I said I'm probably wrong.
While out toy hunting with TFW2005 member Pavol Palat yesterday, I found the revision case of this wave that contains Optimus Prime, Strongarm and Blizzard Strike Sideswipe but replaces Bumblebee with Drift in the new "Weaponizers" packaging style. Seen at the Real store in Dortmund-Oespel.
