Would you be interested in this design if it would get turned into a full figure?

This not being made is as much of a shame as that Lugnut design from a few years back not being made...

I don't have a great place in my collection for this, but I'd probably buy it to go with my other four Fortress Maximuses

If it was made, got more guns on his legs, and fitting for Reformatted scale - yes, absolutely. Unlike Warden, this has a good looking altmode and doesn't compromise to be a head.

This looks unbelievable. I’d sell warden in a second for this.

Honestly, with MMC making more big figures (Dai Atlas, Tesarus, etc.), I feel like they may be more willing to produce this.
There's clearly money to be made from larger figures like this, and considering the praise the design has been getting, I have a feeling MMC is likely to release this.

Now if only we could get Reformatted Lugnut...

    He’s waaaaay too tall.

I thought MMC’s Overlord is too tall (he is), but this guy is way way too tall.

Maybe this size would be good in a “IDW MP” collection - but not those whose collections are voyager sized (which almost all the very accurate IDW figures are).

    DO ITTTTT

The PE one is neat and all but it's definitely a product of it's time. The transformation is super fiddly and partsformery and his alt mode isn't really anything at all. I'd happily upgrade to this design :)

I'd totally get this, although it does look to be too tall.

Warden is a cool figure but it's a pain in the ass to transform and the alt mode (not the head mode) isn't that great.

    I respectfully nah.

    overlordscale.jpg carnbig.jpg

Carn is, and always was perfectly sized for voyagers. And any max following in his footsteps needs to be able to punch him in the face in my collection. :lol

Much nicer looking to me than the Warden, especially int he head sculpt. I'd love to own this.

don't use twitter as it's the scourge of modern life, but I'd more than likely be in for this guy if a reputable 3rd party picked it up...probably stretch to $200.

No way i'd pledge or put money up for a self funded DacaToys type production deal, no chance!

I think the real question is, assuming a company bought the design and started pre-production now-ish, are people still going to be interested in buying it when it's finally out in 1.5 - 2 years?

I'm in around that pricepoint. My reservations about diecast and rubber put aside.
