Interesting, but didn't we get a Revoltech prime a few years ago?

That's a Deadpool thing, not a Revoltech thing.

AY is an....interesting line. There's a strong bias for wilder sculpts for specifically insane action poses.

The proportions are very nice and the lack of revoltech joints makes me happy.

They better go beyond Optimus and Megatron on this one.

Sexy action figure Transformers are so hard to come by these days.

I was thinking of starting a 3A DLX line, but I think this is better provided that they do at least 8 characters.

Upon looking at this thing, I may not be getting Maketoys Striker Manus Metallic version just for the weapons.

Sexiest action figure-like Optimus so far is this Revoltech one.

No, Revoltech is classically the weakest of the major super-articulated figures. They’ve always sucked pretty hard compared to the likes of lines such as Figma, Figuarts and Robot Spirits. Very disappointing to see that they’re still the ones making the Transformers figures.

Their engineering is still very rudimentary. Their parts are mainly PVC as well. The main selling point for them is the stylised sculpt.

Soo true. I'm really glad we can look past those Dreamwave Revoltech abominations

I think so, this Amazing yamaguchi line made big strides for Revoltechs, now alot of them can do normal poses as well as extreme poses.

They've been around the longest and are still the most poseable out of any of those toy lines honestly.
Figma doesn't do robots that well, Figuarts/Robot Spirits are Bandai so you wont see any TFs from them.

Pretty sure the main selling point is articulation

Hey, just got an idea. For those who bought the Pat Lee styled Revoltechs and their 3P extended Custom Robots line, you might have complained about everyone being 12.5cm as the beauty of a Transformers group shot is to have varied sizes.

Well, this supposedly 14-15cm tall one could serve as a relative size jump to distinguish between the leaders and car bots for the past Revoltechs.

So I would be happy to see this line continue even if they are only doing the iconic characters.

I don't mind getting a 15cm Starscream to tower over the 12.5cm Seeker grunts. But all in all, this new style is separate from the Pat Lee one anyway.
