Looks good, glad I pre ordered.

My only gripe like others have stated is the lack of an extra sword. All of the guns do not really do anything for me and I would have preferred an extra blade over them. Maybe I will just get two and sell the one without a blade.

hmmm.... Still think the look of the DMK is better, and these pictures just make me think of the robot replicas... I am going to have to judge in person because these pics make him look not as impressive as the packaging and promo pics.

IIRC, the Robot Replicas for the first movie actually did use Revoltech style joints.

Yeah, only one sword and no extra head sucks. Must-buy anyway.

The sad part is that this has paint apps with similar quality to that ridiculously expensive Sideshow maquette.

Looks really good.... Looking forward to getting this later from my local store as I just received word that they have it in stock! Glad I pre-ordered it!

You can't compare this with the DMK. Yes, the DMK no doubt looks really good. But its fragile. You can barely handle it without something dropping off or something breaking. That would be the least of the worries for the Revoltech Prime! Yes its smaller, but at least its very CGI accurate and its very poseable!

^ Agreed. Revoltech Prime is more on the playable toy side while DMK Prime is more a display-only model (as nice as he looks scaled next to MP-M01 Starscream). Both are poseable and while the Revoltech is smaller, it's definitely more durable by the looks of him.

I love the G1 Revoltech line of toys and will definitely be getting Revoltech Movie Prime! He looks to be nicely scaled with DOTM Deluxe Starscream too! Really hope they make a Revoltech Megatron (as a hobo with a shotgun) to complete the trifecta!

    Got mine today.

Picked up mine today. Awesome figure.
Great articulation, excellent poseability, and just pure fun !
Quite possibly the best revoltech figure (imo), to date, in terms of accuracy and playability and maybe accessories.
    Simply superb !!

Collected Revoltech DOTM OP today... Its a great looking detailed figure and very well articulated as usual from Revoltech.. Really impressed by it.. The only disappointment I had was that it came with only one blade and he couldn't hold his combined weapons that forms a huge blaster. When he holds it, his waist would twist to the direction of where the gun is being held... Really irritating.. I have him posed with his blade instead.. Anyone has this problem as well? Can your Prime hold his gun?

Ok, so I managed to pose him with the combined gun after lots of adjustments on his feet and waist, otherwise, it would just topple over.. So he is finally able to stand with his huge combined blaster... It looks really impressive!!!! Wow, I wish it was bigger!!!!

Got it yesterday, and disappointed. The joints are loose. The upper body turns and tilts to the side that has the hand holding a gun (just one single gun, not the all joined BFG).
And no stand?!! Hand to use a Tamashii stand to support it.

Just got it. It takes some fiddling, but DAMN its awesome! I brought two, so I will be showing pictures of one OP having 2 blades and the other armed to the teeth with double (or more like 8) guns,.

All revoltechs require a lot of fiddling in my experience, this one is no different, but I quite like him!
