The first game was fine. It was a movie game, no Halo or Gears. You guys expect too much from a movie title.

What I would like is what others have mentioned.
1. After story mode is finished, replay levels as any TF.
2. Every character is playable.
3. Driving really needs to be improved.
4. I want to jump and be able to transform in midair. As others have said, this was annoying particularly for Starscream.
5. Nothing stupid like Jazz taking on Starscream and Blackout at the same time...wtf?
6. Some basic controls tweaked cause melee stuff felt clumsy and awkward.
7. Some levels need to be larger. The neighborhood one was fine but the city at the end and the airbase felt too small.
8. Defeating enemies in a pattern was a bit annoying. It's been awhile since I played the game but I think in some cases you needed to throw something at the enemy first before you could get a hit or two in.. and you had to do this every time...

Time limit stuff doesn't bother me because it was EASY so I dunno what you guys are talking about. Even if you had to do it a couple times, it was more of a trial and error thing. Scorponok's time limit was the only really annoying one.

Collecting the cubes was annoying but putting them on your radar defeats the point of trying to find them all. If anything, they should make a little hum sound when you're near them.

This game is being made by the same guys who did the Kung Fu Panda game which was a surprisingly really great movie title so I don't really have any worries that RotF will also be good, maybe even better then the first. Oh and I loved the cut scenes in the first game so I hope they will have similar stuff going on in the second.
