    Hey guys. This is a straight repaint. Painted him a matte black, then dry brushed some deep blue/green metallic to give the edges some pow and shimmer/color from certain angles. Then dry brushed some silver on the tips of the details.

    I ran about 5 washes, starting with red and each run using a more controlled wash and less paint, and a few hues lighter towards orange/yellow. Went back in with my super fine brush and gave some orange and yellow highlights to some areas to give his inner workings a firey glowing effect.

    O...kay, that is amazing, simply amazing. I thought the thing looked fine enough before, but now...now I'm going to add more orange to the one I'll get, it does so much for the figure...

    Also, can you post Alt. form pics? I know the alt mode kinda sucks (Cybertronic forms usually do as it is most of the time), but I wana see it with your painting skils!

    Wow! That really shows the potential that lies beneath (or technically, above ;) ) the gaudy-plastic.

    I kinda feel sorry for the Hasbro gang, I'm sure when they're in concept and even in early hard-copies they saw him looking like this, but then production-cost realities required the factory-version we got.

    Mike, you breath the life into figures that they deserve. I think that may make you the AllSpark....
