    Chalk that up to the gimmick--when you put the red translucent weapons over the blotchy red patterns, it is supposed to reveal a secret image.

    It's cool that those red decos serve an actual purpose, but they still look awful (especially the wheels).

    It just looks like a rash to me.
    That's what you get with these rashy toys read weapons to reveal the shield. The Tiny Turbo Chargers do have 3mm hands so they could hold the old Cyberverse weapons.
