@Jtprime17 can you clarify if these are reissues of the Retro series from a couple of years ago, as opposed to BBTS acquiring a lot of old stock from elsewhere?
My stores got multiple cases of both waves and they sold really well. I'm honestly surprised to see there was enough left for BBTS to put up. Edit: Goofed my quote, sorry.
Good for the people who missed them, at least. I somehow managed to get my hands on all of them during their first retail run, and they're pretty good, but the worries about Weirdwolf's cockpit and Mindwipe's wingtips + head assembly spontaneously breaking do put a bit of a damper on them. Also Chromedome, Hardhead, and Brainstorm either only having one of their signature guns or neither of them, but we're very firmly in an age of 3D printed weapons to accommodate, so I can't complain that much.
It's interesting that BBTS have priced each wave the same, because I terms of aftermarket that first wave (not including Hardhead) is much harder to come by.
Damn. The contents are kinda crap. The only ones I was able to get was Hardhead and Brainstorm. I want the others, but I don't need 3 Hardheads and 2 brainstorms. These would have been better as 3 packs. Wish they would reissue the target master jets.
Never saw wave 1 here - I had no idea Hardhead of all characters was the one they shipped twice. I'd like to complete them all, but a duplicate Hardhead and US shipping makes it a bit of a bridge too far. Might as well wait out their next update in the next 5 years or so.
