ts Rescan Optimus Prime
Hi there. I've been collecting these for uh... my son, since he was way little. So, I had to jump at the chance to pick up the latest offerings for him.

From my 3 year old sons perspective - He likes the bigger, rescue vehicles better. He plays with the original eight more than these three Rescan releases. Always asking me to come "Zoom" them with him.

Now, on to my thoughts:

I fully expected these to be the same size as the previous ones, so I was a little taken back when I picked them up in store.

Bumblebee is back for the rescan wave with a new motorcycle altmode. It's a slick cycle mode, which features dual tires...? double tires...? He has four wheels in motorcycle mode. Transformation begins here by splitting the front two wheels and pulling them down along the sides, you will extend the rear legs/wheels down which will separate and the head will simultaneously pop up. His head is now more accurate to the cartoon as compared to the anime look of the first release. Robot mode isn't that fun to look at or play with to be honest. Again, my son prefers the first release and rarely even refers to this one AS Bumblebee. I rather like the vehicle mode, it's very sleek. Other than the fists on the front hubcaps.
