I know we had a thread about the Blades, but I did not think it was a "finding" but I found these this morning when I found the Mr. Potato Heads. They are SMALL!!! and were $3.99 at the local TRU. The opening assortment was Blades and Heatwave
These will be showing up at Target shortly also. The local store got in a case today, I believe they set the week of June 1st? Maybe June 8th? Anyway, the DPCI number was 087-08-0061, and I believe the price was the same.
Bought these two the other night. Could've sworn someone posted a thread about finding them earlier in the week but I can't seem to find the thread now. Either way, like I said in that thread, I was surprised at how small these guys are. Blades in pretty solid, as in a kid might find difficulty breaking it. Heatwave, on the other hand, was broken right out of the packaging for my and my son. The legs won't hold its position in robot mode. The spring hinge will always put the legs back in brontosaurus position. Not sure if something was broken or a piece was missing to hold the legs in place. Can't take it apart to check since a lot of the figure is held together by pins instead of screws.
