Ah, I see.... Let me ask this then. Those Police logos would probably raise the price to about $6 for the set, and if there's a lot of friction there during transform, might not fair better than the paint app did. Is it still a good idea to add them? Also, there's a chance that it the future we might offer a separate set for this using actual reflective white media just like a real police car.
There isn't a lot of friction there, it's just that the Hasbro paint rubs off it you touch it. So alot of Barricade's out there who have only been TF'ed once or twice are missing have the logos. But the reflective idea sounds good. I still think a big movie upgrade set for numerous figures would be alot more effective.
Ha! I know - but I tried that with G1 and caught a lot of flack. This way people can pick and choose what they like. The G1 sets are cheaper overall because they're combined, though. There are pros and cons.
I originally was pushing for the door "POLICE" stickers because mine started wearing off. And I haven't transformed him all that much. However, I may just clear coat the doors to protect the paint so all I'd need is what's on this sheet. Not everyone wants to paint a toy though, so I can see adding the door stickers to the set being a good thing. I'd still buy them.
Yeah. Although my Barricade is perfectly fine, I would add the police door logos to the sticker set anyway, as them rubbing off seems to be a pretty common problem. Plus, you can market it as a conversion kit or summat for other car TFs.
Okay, then we'll definately offer these, but I think we'll do the "Police" as a separate set. I really want the "reflective white" media for this. It will be way more realistic.
Shame. I don't see why anyone would get mad because you released stickers. I was hoping for additions for Prime and Ratchet.
Cool. I might get the Ratchet set. As for this one, it's nice, but, I most likely won't get it or the other one for Barricade, as I don't have plans to buy him, though I do plan to get Recon Barricade .
very nice. I'll definitely be getting this set, but I might wait for the reflective one. and if you include white background logos for the ratchet set I might just explode with joy.
