also in skydive they made it where you have the lightning bolts on the arms and main wings but why not the vertical fins? I don't understand them sometimes. o well I guess ill take what I can get. Edit: I bet I know why now. the tailfins are rubber and they probably wont stick to that.
Omitting the tailfins is a bit of fail....hence I decided to do a custom paintjob + G1 stickers ; waiting for their G1 Superion sheet to arrive in the mailbox.
hmmm...good idea. on another note I wish they had a 'coming soon' section on their website as well so we know what they are working on. they just kinda leave us in the dark till all the sudden bam they do a update. not very good business imo
I would love to buy some "leftover" trailer-reflector bits from someone who isn't going to use them all: The "red-white-red" ones. Would like at least 4, maybe 8. I'm betting a lot of people aren't going to put ALL of those on Magnus' blue trailer-sides. Will happily paypal a few bucks for them.
What is the deal with the Bombshell stickers? Is seems like the figure didn't need anything, so they just went off the rails completely with the stickers.
That Chromia set is simply magnifique! the RID BB just glaringly shows Hasbro's utter failures.. That Arcee can be parted and pieced to make a really nice one I think. But that bombshell, so far overboard.
Am I being too nit picky when I say I'm bothered by the "VF-1A" markings on Macross Jetfire when he's not a VF-1 at all, and original Jetfire was a VF-1S? I mean, it's still a beautiful sticker set; that little detail is just picking at me.
Nope, getting plenty of comments from the Macross fans etc. Did Reprolabels just guess/google at what type of valkyrie the G1 toy was? It's kinda like putting "LP400" markings on Sideswipe. Close, but that's not it. (though Reprolabels did something very similar on their MP Sideswipe sheet--multiple things actually)
I kind of dig the Bombshell/Shrapnel sticker decos, after all these are my "playing around" insecticons, not the forthcoming 3rd party MP versions. I fully expect a big dollar sign logo when Kickback comes along.
I like their sets, but I was hoping their ones for Optimus would include blue stickers for the feet, and also stickers to fill in the missing windows matched to the paint. Will be picking up Skydives set definitely, just umming and ahing over Firefly as I would only be getting it for the wing extension stickers.
What you don't like others might enjoy. I personally think that set looks great and I'll probably pick it up. Options are fun
