Very possibly as soon as three weeks.

It is also worth noting that I will only have as many made as are prepaid. So if any of you are waiting for them to be produced before buying, you will not get a set. I do not plan to get stuck with any overstock on this.

3 weeks! Damn, that's a lot faster than I was expecting.

Can't wait to get these sets. Anyone here have recommendations on paint to use for matching with SC? (I bought a set for CC and a set for SC)

I don't have a whole lot of experience painting models, but I would probably go with a glossy black to match the cab, and to differentiate a little from the matte plastic that is the SC armor. Metallic aqua highlights like the BFG, maybe?

As for the missiles- I like the way the pink sword pops against the dark armor. Likewise, you might be able to get away with red missiles, maybe a darker hue, like burgundy or maroon. Or another color that also pops, but still looks menacing. You could always stick with gunmetal or metallic grey.

I went for a different approach. I tried to match the blue green color and went with gunmetal for the missiles.

I might actually try doing both the black and the blue/green color for different parts of the rack and keep the gunmetal for the missiles. It might look too busy though. We shall see.

Either today or tomorrow will be the last day for orders. I need to get this completely squared away with my supplier on the first batch (making payment, etc). Anyone else will have to wait for the second run, if I do another at all. If you want it, now is the time.

All payments have been refunded. My supplier says that the flexible mechanism which holds the missiles in place cannot be properly reproduced, and that permanently affixing the missiles would be the only option. This is not what I wanted and the project is dead. I apologize to everybody that wanted these, but it would appear that it is not possible.

That's sad to hear. Thanks for the effort, though.

Definitely bummed this didn't work out. But thanks for taking a valiant crack at it, and for the full refund. I'll keep my eyes out for any future projects you work on like this.
