    Hi all,

I am trying to make a ratcheting display stand stiffer so my GP Swoop doesn't suddenly come tumbling off the shelf.
First I tried super glue but the build up actually caused the ratchet to be looser!
Now I'm either looking for a spring to increase the tension on the teeth or beefier ratchets.

Problem is, so many things are called ratchets on Google and I'm not finding the kind we know and love in transformers figures.

Anyone else tried and succeeded in buying ratchets from somewher ?

    Thanks

I don't think anyone just straight sells ratchet joints. If I could point you towards a source for good ones though, Cybertron Metorplex has some of the best ratchets on anything I've ever handled so a junker copy might be useful for you.

If you're looking for some stronger springs, trying taking some springs from pens. I swapped the spring from a pen with a generations war for cybertron deluxe megatron cannon and damn that thing shoots across the room now.
