My Leader SS has been like this since it came out of the box. Is there any way I can bring these together to smooth it out?

Also, both my Generations Thrust and Leader Hook Prime came out with some loose pins, how can I tighten those? On Prime it's the paneling on his right forearm. The piece just flaps open. On Thrust it's his right hand.

I would, but I don't have the receipt, I used it for the three free deluxe figures.

Where did you buy it? Some places can look up the purchase using your debit/credit card.

Are you sure it's actually broken and just not pegged together right? That brown leg tab doesn't look secure.

There's got to be a reason why it won't fit, all you need to do is find it and fix it.

I've transformed it a couple times, the result is the same. I wouldn't say it's broken it's just not fitting right.

My other issue, is there any fix for loose pins, like a way to tighten everything up so parts aren't flopping around?

Buy a second one, then return defective one.

Just take it out.. then bring it back to the store adn say, "It was already broken"
    And return it.

And say, "I don't want another one, It seems to fragile"

I agree. you don't always need to re tie it either. I've yet to take one back to a store that checked to see if it's wrapped and I have returned alot of tf's.

    and took it back

Yeah, for real bro. That's bull shit, worst they can say is no. If they give u static, SHOCKWAVE em! Ask for the manager, and say "look, this is ridiculous, Ive been buying figs from this store for a while, and it seems there's always a problem with my purchase. Threaten to never buy from their store. I know its not the stores fault, but u can't really get hold of Hasbro, and if u do they ll take 9 years yo just respond. Lol good luck

Indeed. And with my experience in retail, they'll probably take the broken stuff and send it back to hasbro and get the money they paid for it back anyway.

Prime is being returned. I don't think I want the battle hook one anyway, his face is awful with that big black mark on it. I transformed him, got him back to robot mode and the chest plate won't sit right now.
