Photos of the latest test shot. Some parts have been refined. The final design will see a thicker antenna. I thinned it down from the original test shot, but the new version's is a bit too fragile for my liking. I'm going to try and find something in between that works. The eyes didn't tool properly, and will have a better defined shape on the final version. Please consider this a WIP version.

Alright looks like preorders are up and running again as I just ordered one! V2 is looking better, though the eyes may be slightly too small now. This will come fully painted right?

Its exclusive to Toy Dojo, and limited to 200 sets. Preorders are currently sold out.

Plan to ship to Toy Dojo in about a week. I've been really sick since mid-August, and just bounced back a couple days ago. I've made some updates on the Renderform facebook page about this, as it also delayed orders from the Renderform.com store as well. I am refining some minor things to make sure everything is perfect as possible, before I post photos of the final head.

Quick update. I know a lot of you are anxious to get the PAX head in hand for your TW Orions. Production is still happening. And I do want to take my time to release a quality product, and not something rushed. Below is a photo of something that could of occurred, if I had rushed production. The peg for the screw (on the version of the head show below) was rubbing on the T-disk for the neck, and it ended up breaking on a couple samples I put together. So I basically had to reposition the peg off the disk, to make sure it didn't rub anymore, and prevent it from causing any breakage. This wouldn't have been caught, if I hadn't taken time to test things out properly.  

To be honest, if this product was made in an actual factory, the design process would of been way easier. The final head design is 5 parts, with nothing painted, and 3 parts having to be glued to the main helmet. If it was made in a factory, I would only have to design 3 parts total, and just worry about a good paint application.
