Any chance of an upgrade to the chest so it isn't just one long window in truck mode and a bizarre wildly inaccurate third window in the centre of the chest in bot mode?

alright...just got in on the exclusive. Like the look of this much better than the current one.

 

Ok, looks like this may be released in early June, if we're that close to the 100 preorders.

I'll be finalizing the design soon, so if you have any feedback about the design, let me know here. I'll be fixing the eyes, so they don't look so big. Any other issues that I can change/fix with out messing the overall look, will be considered.

 

Possibly extending the face plate so that the cheeks are filled in is the only thing that I would do.

 

Congratulations on taking more of my money, Venksta. Reducing the eyes would have been my only significant suggestion to the existing design. Maybe a shortening of the neck, but whatever alterations are made, please keep the neck as thick as it is. I was fine with the original head (though this is a definite improvement), but skinny necks on husky figures are a little peeve of mine; the original's was tiny.

Love it! Neck looks a little too long/head is sitting a tad high for my taste but still a definite improvement over the original.

I can *maybe* see an issue with the eyes in the first close-up shot, but in every other one, they look good...certainly not anything like the deluxe classics prime's overly large and oddly shaped eyes. they may "protrude" ever so slightly, but to my eyes (ha!) they don't need an overhaul. Changes can be for the better, but when things I like get changed, I'm always fearful it will be away from my tastes.

 

So production will start next week. I'll be fixing things up this week and getting ready. I honestly was not expecting to think about this until July.

I'm going to revert the eyes back to what Jesslyn originally had them look like, which I think was better. I made them bigger, so the light piped eyes could fit into the sockets, but thats one of the fitting issues still. I have another idea for a fitting design, which will allow for the original look to stay in place.

Any bigger, and the head can't transform for truck mode.

Yup.   Originally planned to be manufactured by a 3P company, but it didn't work out. So ToyDojo commissioned me to manufacture it instead.

 

It looks good but I don't think it fits Orion for some reason.

 

I cant wait to give Orion a head transplant.
