Hows the best way to do it i mean i dont ever want to sell it again but I want the card/package to be in good condition so any help would be nice its transmetal 2 dinobot?????

 

I've used an exacto blade and carefully ran close to the glued package edge.

 

Yup that's what Id do. I slit along the bottom and the two sides of the bubble. That way the figure can still be displayed in package.

 

Oops mis read what your method. Ive never had good luck with that method. I slice just above the lower lip of the bubble.
