    I'd completely forgotten them...

Until there was a refference to it on Drawn Together the other night.

    Man, that brings me back.

    My guilty pleasure

Me lost me cookie at the disco

One of my guilty TV pleasures is that sometimes I watch Sesame Street just to see the Muppet skits.

If anyone can find a vid clip of "Teeny Little Superguy" please post it.That song's so catchy :D

I used to imitate these guys all the time...

    Alien 1: Cow
    Alien 2: Cow
    Alien 1: Cow...yipyipyipyip
Alien 2: MMMMMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! (repeated several times)
Alien 1:Uh huh, nope, nope, book, book, book yipyipyip...
Alien 2: book book, yipyipyip, book....
Aliens look at book, then the phone. Slight pause. Aliens return to book.
    Alien 1: Chicken!
    Alien 2: Chicken!
    Alien:1 Chicken, yipyipyip...!!!
    Alien 2: Chicken yipyipyip...!!!
    Chicken clucking follows.
Ah...good times! The reaction when the phone rings is priceless! One of my favorite skits on Sesame Street! :)

I have nostalgia for old Seasame Street stuff despite only watching it sporadically. Those guys, the Kermit news reports, unrestrained Cookie Monster and those cheesy 70s animated segments that they used over and over and over.

I remember there being a later set of aliens as well, bigger ones that made absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Those guys and the two-headed monster were always my favorite Sesame Street muppets. I remember the phone one; the computer one would have been well after my time.

Thanks for that, btw. I've been going "yipyipyipyipyip" and "mmmmbook" at random ever since I watched those..much to my girlfriend's chagrin.
