So in Pt.1, I showed my attempt at recreating MT's mobine series PCC upgrade kit. That being said, they where not the only ones to make an upgrade for the PCC line. TFC made this beautifull kit(not Heavytread and his shapeways upgrade parts tho):

They tried, and very much succeeded, to make PCC what it truly could have been. So it inspired me to make my own attempt at transforming PCC limbs, tho with a self-imposed challeng: make adaptors for existing scout class toys that could work as limbs and extra equipment( the later idea coming from Fansprojects' Bruticus upgrade kit): 15868011194364243740312319876508.jpg

As you can see, these for the most part are incomplete sets. Here are the examples I currently have so far of ones that I had chosen molds for:

Scout Class HFTD Breacher as an arm:

    20200411_215617.jpg
    20200411_220323.jpg

Cybertron Scout class Hardtop as a leg:

    20200411_215028.jpg

And DOTM H.A Backfire as a leg:

So while these adaptor sets are still WIP's and I still need to figure out functions for them in robot and vehicule mode and I want to make more for other molds, such as DOTM H.A Sandstorm and Icepick, there is 1 set that I fully completed. It culminated in what became my first ever proper (mostly OC) Custom combiner team.

But I will dedicate Pt.3 of the Remember PCC? Perpetually WIP Custom Upgrades to this as it will be fairly long because of all the pictures and descriptions(which will be another experiment for me)

Hope to see you then. And if any of you have ideas on molds I could use that can work as arms( it would need a waist swivel) or legs and are scout class, please let me know.

I really like this. Some of the PCC and early legends figures were actually really nice. I look forward to seeing more of this.

Saw this the other day. I picked up that 3rd party add on on a whim and love it. It a great design to pull from. I was using old Scout class figs for combines long ago and they are great to work with. You've got some great stuff going on here, keep them coming.
