Remaining TFA toys (Rodimus, Arcee..)

    Can you guys estimate the release time of the TFA Rodimus, Elec. Soundwave and Arcee based on the very recent product shots and confirmation of their release?

    I know that sounds foggy, but base on past official product shots, announcements, and production time when would you guess these would arrive? I am trying to ball park this between, late summer, fall, Christmas, or spring.

    It's not helpful to you, but there's really no way to make a good guess here. It's a special circumstance. The Hasbro team said they would be released, but weren't sure how, where, and when yet. They indicated that it could be as late as early-to-mid-2010, but seemed to hope to have them out by the end of 2009.

    not sure but prob in time for xmas for presents and to allow rotf to die down a bit

    i made a promise to get one (totally ignoring the HasTak-Arcee curse) for a close friend.

    i am thinking that there will be oodles of weeping and gnashing of teeth if Santa doesn't have TFA goodness for us patient boys and girls.

    I suspect Hasbro will try to get at least some of the remaining Animated toys out in time for the holidays, maybe or maybe not timed with a DVD release of the third season. Whether they will be successful there is unknown. Given some similar past instances, being store exclusives would be a distinct possibility.

    If they are not successful getting one or more retailers to carry them, I'd bet the molds will be rolled into the third Universe line in 2010, and spread out slowly through there.
