You will see that the release date is June 19th, maybe these posters are for another country? I think it would be a great move to move up the release date, there is no competition the week before the 24th, only Year one is releasing, the others are no competition to transformers

 

The date format alone shows that it's not for the US.

 

UK release date is the 19th, anywhere else?

 

I still think they should move it up, one less week that Harry potter would cut into the gross totals

 

Another clue is that they released the commercials on the 19th of May, usually movies do that 1 month before the opening

Why have two different release dates. So much stuff is going to be spoiled.

 

with the movie adaptation already out and the kids picture books out too there are spoilers everywhere and it's going to be hard not running into some on this board

 

I'm pretty confident that Harry Potter poses little to no threat to Transformers, as far as competition goes. I'm sure most people will take "Giant Awesome Robots At War" over "Angsty Wizards in High School" any day of the week!

 

As if posting a thread that discussed the prematurely released novelization hasn't done that already.  
Personally, I'm pretty wary of even discussing anything on this board out of fear that I'm unintentionally going to bump into any major give-aways.

 

Once again over here in the "colonies". We are 2nd class citizens having to "make do".All hail the Queen.

 

So what are the chances the movie could be bumped here in the States to the 19th...one can hope.

seriously that is as screwed up as the people who flew to London to get cabbage patch dolls when they first came out inthe 1980s and sold like they were made out of gold

Haha while I am on of those people do not underestimate the Harry Potter fans my friend. They waited in lines four HOURS for those books (no I am not one of them) but the average audience...yea most likely to pic the movie with giant bad ass robots!
