Transformers G1 TRU Commemorative VII Rodimus Prime NEW - eBay (item 170606463035 end time Feb-27-11 19:00:09 PST)

Up for grabs today we have a Toys R Us Exclusive from 2004. This guy was pretty rare, and has some nice features for a reissue like metal feet and rubber tires. This, and with the recent release of the masterpiece edition of Rodimus along with the FansProject protector armor, his popularity has skyrocketed!

Here are some stock photos of Rodimus Prime:

    Next we have:
MIB G1 Battlestars: Return of Convoy Star Convoy

MIB Transformers G1 Star Convoy Return Convoy Reissue - eBay (item 170606457952 end time Feb-27-11 19:00:34 PST)

Another G1 gem up for grabs, a reissue of the rare Japanese late model toy Star Convoy. This guy was part of a bigger combiner that included Sky Garry and Grandus. When all connected together, the motor in Star Convoy powered the motorized features in Grandus and Sky Garry and was quite the sight! Without his partners, Star Convoy pulls himself along with motorized treads and when transformed into base mode, the motors power his motorized base features.

This version of Star Convoy is the reissue version, that improves on several aspects of the original. When Takara had designed the original version in 1991, many of the features had to be cut due to budget constraints, but this reissue implements many of the features that Takara had originally desired. These include better colors (chest star is now gold instead of yellow, the originals white plastic is replaced with silver), tempographs instead of stickers on micromaster hot rod, and so on.

This toy has been open and inspected, but never has been transformed, and the stickers have not been applied. The baggy with the manual and stickers is still sealed. Here are some stock photos of the toy:

    MISB ROTF Bruticus Maximus

MISB Transformers Bruticus Maximus ROTF Universe - eBay (item 170606449920 end time Feb-27-11 19:00:46 PST)

Up for grabs we have a Mint in Sealed Box Revenge of the Fallen version of Bruticus Maximus. The FansProject Bruticus add-on kit was designed and colored to work with this version of the mold.

There were 3 versions of this guy, Energon, Universe, and Revenge of the Fallen. This version is colored to look like the G1 Bruticus the most. Not much else to say about this guy since he's mint in sealed box, and the box is in mint condition. Here's what he looks like unpacked:

And with the awesome add-on kit (not included!!):

    MIB Takara Collection 1 Reissue
    G1 Jazz

Transformers G1 Takara Meister Jazz Collection 1 MIB - eBay (item 170606470959 end time Feb-27-11 19:30:08 PST)

Here we have a great release of a very popular figure. This is the bookshelf Takara Collection edition released in 2002. This version is very desirable and is getting quite difficult to find for those trying to complete their bookshelf collections. It has the very nice chrome missiles and guns, unlike the US reissue of this figure.

The stickers for this figure have been expertly applied for display purposes, and the missiles are still on their sprues. The nice book box is in mint condition with no pages missing. Here are some stock photos:

    MIB Takara Collection 8 Reissue
    G1 Inferno

Transformers G1 Takara Inferno Reissue Collection 8 MIB - eBay (item 170606477807 end time Feb-27-11 19:30:08 PST)

As a figure I've always loved Inferno, the ladder always got me pumped. This is the Takara Collection #8 version of Inferno, the best reissue available for this guy. The version has chrome missiles, and launching fists, unlike the US version which had these features stripped by safety regulations. If you want a mint figure that's as close to the original vintage figure as possible, this one is your guy!

This particular figure has been opened but never transformed. The stickers haven't been applied and the bag with the instructions and such is sealed. Included in this bag appears to be a large autobot sticker, and possibly a decepticon sticker as well (can't see, covered by manuals, see below).

As usual a special thanks to siebertron.com for their great galleries!!
