My Torca has held out all these years, but I do have a broken Silverbolt and would happily take a reissue for Magnaboss.

IMO, even though the new Kingdom BW figures look more accurate, the classic BW figures look much better.

They have a certain appeal as far as colour balance and design cohesion. Not that I dislike Kingdom, but I was way happier finishing my BW collection than I was collecting Kingdom.

The "problem" with Kingdom figs is that they're trying to look like the TV show models, and have missing details and compromizes inevitable of mainline figures. The OG toys aren't trying to look like anything, so they're just designed to look good in a vacuum.

Unlike the others cybershark will be an instant buy, with the others I\'m fairly happy with their kingdom molds and god only knows when/if cyber will be given a new modern mold.

I can’t speak for down south, but I picked Cybershark and Man-Terror out of the bargain bin for about $8 Canadian each, down from $13. They were my first and only original BW figures until the recent Primal and Megatron reissues.

I recently realized that I have a shocking number of BW figures for someone who’s never seen an episode!

Surprised we are getting a non-TV character, but happy since I missed out on most of the original figures as a kid

I wonder if this choice has less to do with ‘lets give the fans an out-of-left-field non-show character’ and more to do with ‘what molds do we have left intact? Oh they should buy this one’

You know, normally reissues don’t tempt but this guy seems pretty great. When it comes to animal alt modes generally bugs, sharks, and Pterosaur’s are my favourites so this guy’s right up my alley. Not to mention it’s aged pretty well for a 25 year old toy!

I might actually get this. I’ve had a partially complete one for upwards of 15 years (was in a random parts lot from eBay). This guy ranks right up there with my favorite TF faces of all time. It’s so mindlessly vicious looking!

Back in the day due to limited funds I only grabbed the TV show featured characters. Cybershark is one I always wanted, so I'll be glad to snag one. Here's hoping the rumors about Manterror and Razorclaw are also true.

I did that when I was a kid . First I would Write the whole plot/story down and then I would get my brother and we would play it out . I called all these stories Beast Wars : Water Wars. And yeah it was all the water guys .cyberskark was the maximal leader ( this toy ) and he later became transmetal cyber shark of course . Some very good memories. I kept the book with all these stories in them and I used some of them when I played with my boy a few years back .

I picked up a few about 10 years ago and gave them away to my kids and my nieces and nephews for Easter ! So I’d love to see that released too , so I could do it again in the future
