Everyone who knows my repaints is aware of the fact that I hate grey plastic. And boy, does Refraktor have a lot of grey...! So first I took him apart, and then started spraying with metallic iron from Revell, even the gun and his shield. After that I used silver for the tiny details, which was a lot of fun, cause this Transformer has so much going on. As for a final touch I applied some red on his weapons and chest, to mirror the red stripes on his arms and legs that were already there. A Decepticon-symbol I had as a leftover fit perfectly into the tiny spot on his shield, so thats also a small change that adds to the new look of my Siege Refraktor.
Unfortunately not. I have a strict policy to save my shelf from collapsing and my bankaccount from showing me red digits: 1 mold only.
Oh I know that one damn well...but I sacrificed other figs for finally getting a full reflector set. Other than Starscream, Reflector(teeam) is the only siege figs I own. Still this is a beautiful custom
