Galvatron looks very Tron-ish. I’m gonna start calling Unicron MCP.

 

Sigh... Want the ships and the little figures. Would be willing but a subline of little ships and glorified decoys like that.
How do they scale with the little red Prime from the Ark?
(And guess I need find my magnifying glass and tiny brushes from my brief flirtation with Warhammer)

 

I wish instead of all the tiny little accessories that don't scale with him, instead Reformatting Galvatron came with similarly-themed redecos of SS Scourge and Kingdom Cyclonus.

Yes, according to leakers that Optimus was originally suggested as a stretch goal for Unicron, but for whatever reason they decided not to do so.

 

I only want the accessories, one set for me, one for my kid. So I have to buy 2 of these to get them for our Unicrons. Not sure what I'll do with the extra Galvatron figure yet.

I wish the Junkion ship looked more cartoon accurate, it doesn't look made out of Junk at all, but it is cool that they made it.

Classic how the Quintesson ship can stick into Unicron's eye, lol!

Overall this is a thumbs up release from me.

... that seems fairly concrete to me....

overall the set looks great (the fact the mini ships are painted is a really nice touch), but I still can't believe how bafflingly bad the choice for the white applications on Galvatron are. like, if they weren't able to achieve the grid line look because of the challenge of printing it on the various shapes, I feel like undeco'd translucent would have been a preferable choice for realizing the scene to this weird "parts outlined" paint app.

can't wait to see what they try and charge for this though, after the gouging they are doing on the Ravage set.

All I want from this set are mini figures to go with my Metroplex and Trypticon. Can someone please make a CHEAP batch of these PLEASE  .

Makes no sense for him to have the Matrix. And give us a reformatting WFC Megatron.

 

Not as wrong as the fact that they’re not in scale with the other microfigs.

 

Both are related to Transformers: The Movie. That's also why Unicron came with those microfigures of Galvatron and Rodimus Prime.

Unicron also came out prior to the idea of there being tiers for HasLab projects. The first reveal of Unicron had the older, less articulated hands, and didn't come with all those extra accessories. It was Unicron: that's it. I don't think tiers became a thing until the Sentinel.

 

It's gang molded with the figure so it would be more surprising if he didn't have it.
