I found if you make the order without the account they make one for you and all you have to do is set a password. Worked when I couldn’t setup one because of the gatcha/not a computer thing.

 

360 views of both modes and transformation animation sequence now up on PSX's facebook. Perhaps Paik can share the video on mmc's youtube too when he has the time since not everyone uses FB of course.

I'll say it again, get this figure out there. I've made posts on another site and in a couple Facebook pages. Hell once I get to an actual computer I'll probably make a Kijiji Ad for this thing! Any and all publicity will help even if it only generates one order.

 

Wow, very direct and intricate transformation, no hidden parts or shapeshifting mess.

This may be the no 1 TF toy of all time in terms of sculpt accuracy, transformation process and articulation.

It means from last monday to this monday there's been only about 110 backer (150 to 264) gained? This isn't a particularly huge number. but it means this needs to get 562 backers in 3 weeks (roughly 180 backer per week).

This is boding badly for this actually making its 800 target, nevermind the 1200 one without some serious spike in interest.

 

I was wondering how these numbers compared to the Maketoys Solarflare (not Sunstorm) crowdfund.

 

That's about where we stand assuming the current trend doesn't change (264+(110*3)=594)

I guess we'll know by next monday if the number of backers increases.

As for the crowdfund numbers, I think the hope was for some spikes after the 15th & 28th paydays for a lot of people. We'll have to see.

 

Just saw the Transformstion video. Make this MMC even if the goal is not met. Seriously, plz. This thing is fucking amazing. Do all the repaints. People will want this thing even more when it gets in people’s hands. Do it! Do IT! DO IT!

 

This is my first experience with a crowdfund. Is there typically a last minute surge when people see it's "more solidified". I got in with the hopes an early momentum would give people on the fence more confidence.

Also, why are the China numbers so low if they were expected to be pretty much a lock for 800?

 

That's terrible. Basically after the first 140 something the first two days, only 20 something more people showed up.

Yes, but a lot of the usual last minute surge is existing backers upping their tier. Since this doesn't have multiple tier, the ability for existing backers to double down is limited.

 

My wife is going to be mighty sour if I have to buy like 400 of these "robo-dolls".
